  1. Download the Retail Order Form (USA)
  2. Complete the form
  3. Fax your order to our U.S. headquarters at 1-866-824-8959 or email to sales@goheidis.com
  4. You will receive a call from our customer service representative within 48 hours.
  5. Once your order is confirmed, your credit card will be charged directly.
  6. Once we confirm that we have received your payment, we will ship out your order within 48 hours and notify you by email.
TAX & SHIPPING

Sales Tax: You will be charged a sales tax of 8.25% if you are resident of the state of Texas. Otherwise, you are exempted from sales tax on your purchase.

Shipping: You will be charged a flat rate of US$5.95 for all shipping addresses within the United States by Priority Mail.
 
ORDER PROCESSING

It takes an average of 5 working days for your order to arrive.  In the case that what you have ordered is out-of-stock, you will be contacted by our customer service within 24 hours.

Asia Pacific only

Our Asia Pacific distribution center is situated in Hong Kong where your orders will be dispatched if you have a shipping address in the Asia Pacific region.  Follow the steps below to place an order:

  2. Complete the form 
  3. Fax your order to our Hong Kong office at +852 8102-2780 or email to sales@goheidis.com
  4. You shall receive an email via Paypal Money Request from HEIDI'S International along with a proper invoice for your order.
  5. Follow the Paypal payment instructions to make a payment.
  6. Once we confirm that we have received your payment via Paypal, we will ship out your order within 48 hours and notify you by email
TAX & SHIPPING
Sales Tax:  Since no sales tax is applicable in Hong Kong, you are exempted from sales tax on your purchase.

Shipping: Free shipping for all orders over US$150.  You will be charged a flat rate of US$8.00 for all orders under US$150.

It takes an average of 7 working days for your order to arrive.  In the case that what you have ordered is out-of-stock, you will be contacted by our customer service within 24 hours.
